What is your return policy?
Choc Art Collection has a NO REFUND policy after receiving your item. All sales are final.
What is your exchange policy?
Choc Art Collection only offers exchanges, no refunds. If you receive your item and it is defective or damaged, you are eligible for an exchange ONLY after 3 days of receiving the item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
What address do I ship my exchange to?
To exchange your product, please mail your package to: Choc Art Collection, 426 Westport Ave, #1124 Norwalk, CT 06851-4423 United States. Be sure to include the full name that your order was originally placed under.
What if I never received my item?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they leave the Choc Art Collection facilities. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier (ex. UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL). We will provide you with the address , shipping carrier information, tracking information and date of delivery to assist you with your claim investigation. You shall receive compensation for your lost/stolen package through the shipping carrier.
